HUGE 8.8 MAGNITUDE EARTHQUAKE HITS CHILE

The 8.8 Magnitude off-shore earthquake that struck about 200 miles southwest of Santiago, Chile on Saturday (2/27) toppled buildings, bridges, homes, and hospitals throughout the region.
- Tsunamis devastated coastal Chilean communities
- As of March 1st, the death toll stands at 711 and is expected to rise.
- South Central Chilean cities are witnessing widespread looting and disorder.
