CHILE EARTHQUAKE UPDATE / THANKS TO TGIC
On August 10th, Alex Guarachi, President of TGIC Importers, signed a check for $50,000 for Music for Relief, in partnership with Habitat for Humanity, to aid earthquake recovery efforts in Chile. Combined with TGIC’s initial donation of $50,000 back in February, this brings the total amount donated to $100,000.
We would like to thank TGIC Importers for their generous donation. However, this donation was also made possible by you, the consumers, who bought bottles of Montes and Santa Ema wines between March and May. For each bottle that was sold, a portion of the proceeds went to benefit MFR. The goal was to match the initial $50,000 donation, and you helped make it happen.
